The first client never really hired an agency. He hired me because his previous website guy had stopped picking up calls. I remember thinking at the time: that's the entire business model right there. Just never be that guy. Eleven years later, Kittu Click still runs on that single decision.

We stayed in Jodhpur on purpose. Everyone said move to a metro city, that clients take you seriously only if your address sounds big. But our first international client found us through our work, not our address, and after that the argument ended. Today we work with businesses across India and with clients in the USA, the UK, Germany and Australia — and the office still says Jodhpur. We like it that way.
